Wuxia villian character design

Name: Jiang Shi
Based on the original story of Hansel & Gretel.
Character design for the witch which was changed to a zombie (Jiang shi) in my adaptation.
Genre: Wuxia (directly translated to "martial heroes"), set in ancient china era

Back story: Jiang Shi a Chinese folklore zombie who lived for over 1000 years and is hidden deep in the forest. She waits patiently for her prey—innocent humans who wander into her hut—so she can trick them with her civilian disguise, gaining their trust before killing and eating them. One day, an injured duo (Zi Lan & her junior) approaches her hut for shelter. Jiang Shi, as usual, treats them as guests as she tends to their wounds and cooks for them, adding poison secretly. However, her plottings were quickly found out when she accidentally exposed herself upon Zi Lan's testing. They fight out and Zi Lan wins, killing her.
